A #painting from a few years ago. "Listowel" is a County Kerry town I've done a few paintings of, but this particular painting came out of a time I was cycling in north Kerry and having the time of my life. Mind you in fairness whenever I'm in north Kerry I have the time of my life. #art #SpeirGhorm

The sources said the indirect talks over a US proposal for a 60-day ceasefire are expected to continue despite the latest obstacles. Delegations from both sides began discussions in Qatar last Sunday to try to agree on a temporary halt to the 21-month conflict sparked by Hamas’s deadly attack on Israel on 7 October 2023. The negotiations in Doha are facing a setback and complex difficulties due to Israel’s insistence, as of Friday, on presenting a map of withdrawal, which is actually a map of redeployment and repositioning of the Israeli army rather than a genuine withdrawal.
