Lots of folks assuming he said "dumb down discourse." I humbly submit that the "college seminar" language he's referring to isn't "SAT words" but the "vague, repeat-the-question-in-a-declarative-sentence, do-I-get-points-for-effort" response you get from a college Freshman who didn't do the reading.

I’m on my way to jury duty, on the bus, wearing a Mardi Gras Indians t shirt. I’m not sure how I could get more New Orleans? Maybe if I was also listening to Rebirth? Or if my spouse had packed jambalaya for lunch? Should I be bitching about the S&WB?
