[old stuff showcase] back when we were experimenting with GTMP3 support for a full nes game, i had an idea for a title screen that would just play 2a03 track at first boot and then full mp3 track after detecting any save file i've managed to dig up that concept in a rough shape

I used to constantly give people a hard time for using ZSNES these days. Seeing and hearing what’s going on with the Super ZSNES “enhancements” and the quality of the emulation itself - I’m still going to do it. Super ZNES is a terrible throwback and you should not use it.

super zsnes already looked awful off the premise of prioritizing enhancements over good emulation but I just tried it with mega man x (one of the like 7 "enhanced" games, by the way) and it still triggered the anti-piracy. like this is an issue the original zsnes had and they just never fixed it
