日本は世界最大の米国債保有国。保有している大量の米国債を売却しだしたら、国債の価値は下がるし、金利にも影響がでてくる。友情云々よりも、アメリカの財政赤字をさらに悪化させないためというのが一番の理由じゃないかな。
