1 unless I'm stressed the fuck out and then it's like 4 and there's a ton of sugar in there 3 or 4 but to be fair I rarely eat toast 1 or 2 but if it's a cheaper cut you can get down to 3 or 4. Blue rare is some silly shit you only do for filet though, let the fat render, dammit.

The fact that Oda brought this character back in the context he did is one of my favorite little bits in One Piece. It's not essential to the main plot, but it's so meaningful as far as the story's themes of inspiring others to be better go.

there's a new trainer at my gym who is super pushy about getting people to train with him and is generally bad about stuff like dropping weights (look I'm all for dropping weights as needed but maybe not onto the legs of a bench?) and I mentioned him in a feedback survey and lo, it wasn't anonymous.
the main thing you need to know is this is just a variant of that guy who makes a joke on a first date about how he could murder you that night

Fantastic writing as usual from Katie. and the linked bit in this piece with Nolan breaking down the whole Sophie Cunningham situation is also excellent. I only pop in on her content once in a while so while I'm not entirely shocked at where she's at it was still a pleasant surprise.
