neighborhood brewery in northeast Seattle. we just started a brewery to meet more dogs. abolish ICE.
I don't know what it's like to live in South Dakota or something, but some guys who have won multiple national medals for lagers came over the other day to brew a lager with us and it was just normal. You could go to their place and drink their lagers if you want (or you could drink ours :) )
Beer is dramatically better now than in 1986. No matter what kind beer you like (yes, even "anything but IPA"), someone near you is probably making a very good example of it, and you should go patronize their business.
Constantine@ajaxsinger.bsky.social · 21h agoFood, man. Food is so much better than it was in 1986. All of it. Poor-people food, restaurant food, fresh food, frozen food. Food is just a hell of a lot better.
We (and a number of other breweries in Western WA) are hosting a collection point for a donation drive for victims of the Spokane fires. Stop by our place, Stoup, or Holy Mountain (or a number of other places - see the link in the next post) to donate.
New found-art beer name just dropped. What kind of beer would “Stone-Blind Zymurgy“ be, though? Anyway, we’re open all day. Ride your bike in and have a pint and suggest something. (h/t to @toppotdoughnuts.bsky.social for their delightful and random book collection and also their donuts.)

Okay on the audio “lesbian icon“ category, I didn’t have a clue on the other 8, but did know Melissa Etheridge and Indigo Girls, which teammates somehow did not know. So, you know - it takes a village!

If these were cars, you'd need a 6-story parking garage and it would take 2 hours to empty out after the game. People would leave the game early to "beat the rush" and would have missed singing Take Me Home, Country Roads together.
