I support all those initiatives, but Democrats must unify and not let anyone cause infighting. I will support the democrat candidate, regardless of details. None, not one, of our agendas will survive if we dont get elected.

Trump's solution for record oil company profits? He suggested they should lower gas prices. You know who could do something about that? Him. He could threaten a Windfall Profits Tax taking every nickel over what they earned before his idiotic war. Then they might comply.
For 30 years, Democrats were told to vote for bland candidates deemed electable & nothing changed. In the 1960's Civil Rights, Voting Rights, Medicare & Medicaid passed. We didn't have a bunch of radicals in office just people willing to push an agenda that helps us.
I think "show some fight" is the correct response and is agnostic about whether Trumpism has been successful and needs to be vigorously opposed or whether it's been an embarrassing failure. Either way, voters want to see a party that is willing to wield power and subdue its opponents!
We also have to go after MAGA in a manner that makes young, uninformed men look at us and think "hey, this is a team I belong on." Less appeals to decency and decorum, more calling them losers and p_ssies.

Why is the media still "both siding" the failed reflecting pool fiasco? There is no both sides about it. Trump rushed the job with a no-bid crony contract and the job failed. What he says does not need to be reported. Simply cover it as Trump corruption and incompetence.
During the Depression FDR was asked what he would do if his policies failed to improve the economy. He said, "I will try something else." Trump when asked what he will do since his policies have worsened inflation and economic growth. His response, "everything is the best ever."

Trump's Capital One revelation showed that his accounts were shut down for money laundering. The question remains, who was he laundering money for? Russia? China? Saudi Arabia? The drug cartels? Not only do we need to know but we have a right to know who Trump is working for.
Trump lied over 30,000 times in his 1st term and 500 times during his debates with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Capital One said they closed his accounts b/c of money laundering. He will deny it. If you choose to believe him, you are beyond help.
Todd Blanche issued a formal order Sunday terminating Trump's $1.8 billion "anti-weaponization fund" to compensate political allies. And as soon as his nomination clears, Trump will reinstate it & ask them "So, what are you going to do about it?" Blanche's order isn't worth shit.

Capital One Financial closed the Trump Organization's bank accounts in 2021 after a review by anti-money laundering experts. Shouldn't they have turned over that information over to DOJ? Unless I'm mistaken, money laundering, like raping little girls is still a crime in the U.S.
Missouri wants to make it harder for citizens to amend the state constitution b/c "some elected officials contend lawmaking is best left to themselves". They aren't representing their constituents interests so citizens need another recourse. Plus they should vote them out.

I would take it a step further. Voters have shown clearly that they don't care about whether *politicians* respect norms and decorum, and often prefer that they *don't*.
He should sue for malicious prosecution, defamation and false imprisonment AND then get those grand jury minutes through discovery!

People claim to need assault style weapons for protection yet I cannot remember a single incident where a mass shooter using an assault style weapon was stopped by some one using a similar weapon.
Lost in Trump's handling of the economy is that he wants interest rates low b/c it benefits him personally. For that he needs a weak economy & so far everything he has done has weakened the economy. Only high inflation has kept interest rates high. He has no plan to help you just him.
David Hearn should demand a public apology from Trump and if he doesn't get it should sue him. Trump's lies put him in danger of a false prosecution and his personal safety. Lying about a corrupt reflecting pool job on a no bid contract is not within his presidential duties.
