A Blender technique I've been really into these days is hand painting black and white maps for 90's stylized shadows. I'm still working on getting good at it but it's a really useful technique for getting cool shadows that don't make physical sense. #b3d I'll explain in the comments:

I haven't had much to show off on here lately so I figured I'd show a cool #blender3d trick I learned from the other place years ago: If you unwrap from view while in top view, you get a very straightforward UV map, and if you use gradients as the texture you can get a really cool sense of depth.

I'm trying to rough out a character design for a new vrc marketplace model. It's meant to be a more edgy early 2000's shonen character like in Yugioh but I'm trying to nail down the color pallet. Anyone have preferences?

I randomly came across this animation I made for a contest a couple years ago, still pretty proud of it. I should really do more short atmospheric things like this more often. #b3d #3d

If you're a Windows user having issues where Warudo just straight up crashes when you launch it, try running it in Windows 8 compatibility mode. I found that info on reddit and just wanted to pay it forward!

To this day I still think about the time in highschool I saw a crow happily flying across the parking lot with a ziplock bag full of cheetos...that image will always be with me. It was the puffed kind too so you know he had good taste.
