Burnham must seek closer ties to Europe, they say without talking about the elephant in the room of that meaning the government would need to fix the human rights disparity between the UK and Europe.

This is what the England page looked like to me yesterday evening. In May there was a live reporting of the Unite the Kingdom rally, and a secondary static article on it as it happened, despite half the number of attendees vs. Trans Pride. Does one town centre street need 7 barbershops indeed.

God I hate Keir Starmer so much. Hope he somehow manages to grow an ounce of self-awareness and is wracked by his moral failings and never knows a moments peace so long as he remains on this planet. Gonna assume he gets by just fine despite all the harm he's caused and just blames everyone else.

The problem with the segregation and discrimination code is that it's unworkable, not that it's evil, a complete moral failure, and fundamentally incompatible with the HRA.

Keir Starmer was a corrupt, authoritarian bigot that has had innocent people branded terrorists to protect a state committing genocide, and has ushered in a new era of section 28. He was an awful prime minister, and fuck anyone who is sat here eulogising him.

Contrary to whst the 20 remaining ultras on here think: no, history will not remember Keir Starmer's premiership kindly. The best he can hope for – and the likeliest outcome by far – is that history will barely remember his premiership at all.

I wish an everything he has sown and all that he deserves upon this man in his final years. May he be remembered as the evil and cowardly bigot that he is, and go down in history as the man who sparked the destruction of the Labour party. Let that be his legacy.
