Every season of For All Mankind and now Star City spends its first half as a series of very good but disparate pieces before the second half proceeds to lock the fuck in on one central event which brings everything together and becomes incredible. You'd think the trick would wear off by now, but no.

I honestly don't know why I keep playing Balatro when I'm so very bad at it and I never get any luck and I'm honestly not even having fun most of the time. ...boy, it sure is a good thing I don't have any harmful addictions, huh? Otherwise things'd end real bad for me.

Finally started Life is Strange: True Colors, within the first 20 minutes they've needle-dropped "Scott Street" by Phoebe Bridgers and, I'm sorry to say, I am indeed still that easy to get.

Just a reminder, Johnny Depp lost in court about being a domestic spouse abuser...he won in court that his abused ex-wife can't talk about it.

Apart from Blair, I can't think of a Labour leader who has done more than Starmer to create division and polarisation. Pandering to Reform on immigration, complicity in genocide, attacks on the right to protest ... Now he presents himself as a great healer. His speech was not "moving" but sickening.
