So many things are so awful these days. As but a small counterpoint, I want to share a few pieces of writing by students (including former students of mine) that have delighted me in the past two weeks or so.

Heute Vormittag im Wahllokal in Delmenhorst hatten wir kaum eine ruhige Minute. Viele Erstwählende waren auch dabei! Jetzt habe ich Pause bis kurz vor sechs und gerade gelesen, dass die Wahlbeteiligung in Niedersachsen bisher deutlich höher ist als 2021 - es war nicht nur in unserem Wahllokal voll.
