This was the day that Charlie would do his podcasts about how black people had it so good until MLK ruined everything with the civil rights movement.

I've seen this take a couple times and don't understand it. Illegal deployment? Ok. But how is patrolling DC "being in harm's way"? Are these guards doing police or ICE work, or just standing there bored?
