This New York Times article, which ran a week before Christmas last year, didn’t get the attention it deserved. It detailed Trump and Epstein's predatory behavior toward women – “a game of ego and dominance” in which “female bodies were currency.” Here’s a gift link and a thread. 1/6🧵
‘Don’s Best Friend’: How Epstein and Trump Bonded Over the Pursuit of Women (Gift Article)
The president has tried to minimize their friendship, but documents and interviews reveal an intense and complicated relationship. Chasing women was a game of ego and dominance. Female bodies were cur...

President Trump has no legal authority over elections and is running out of plays, so he has resorted to rehashing old tropes and nothingburgers. The only way his administration's campaign to undermine our elections works is if voters stay home this fall.
Seriously. He’s grifted over $2 billion. He golfs most weekends. And as for “over 100 wars”—according to the log at war-memorial.net, that would mean he started this diplomacy work in pre-Vietnam War days, ok… Total. Break. From. Reality.
He has no idea what reality is anymore...
JD Vance says "Friday is the formal signing ceremony and kicks off these negotiations" (so basically it's a "deal" to talk to Iran about a deal)
This is why you have to seriously curate who you read. 😣

And THIS receipt: Trump literally telling Republicans everything will be "fixed so good" they're not going to have to vote.
Since Trump is unable to bring a receipt of Democrats rigging elections, here's one of Arizona Republicans caught in the act of trying to rig the 2020 election, by signing fake elector forms for Trump. It would be a shame to keep sharing this and other receipts...
1/ Trump has a meltdown and ends the interview Welker: Just to be very clear, there's no evidence of what you're saying. Trump: There’s a lot of evidence. There’s tremendous evidence. There’s nothing but evidence. The election was rigged. And it’s happening again in California. They’re cheating.
@washingtonpost.com @nytimes.com @apnews.com @wsj.com @latimes.com @chicagotribune.com @miamiherald.com DO YOUR HOMEWORK. The slush fund is part of the settlement agreement, which can only be modified IN WRITING. Blanche refused to commit to anything in writing. Ergo, the fund is NOT dead.
1. Don't believe the headlines. Trump's $1.776 billion slush fund is not "dead." The Trump administration wants to the public to believe it's dead. But their ACTIONS tell a very different story.

This is an absolutely terrifying escalation by the regime. They have now criminalized our freedom to fight the crimes they commit against us and our neighbors. These protesters acted with extraordinary courage and moral clarity.
This is an image that should haunt Mikie Sherrill for the rest of her natural life.
A reminder that we have just entered the fourth month of Trump’s three-day war against Iran.
Wow, respect. Better fighters than most people in elected office. #peoplehavethepower
The citizens of Festus, Missouri, population approximately 14,000, just voted out every single city council member who secretly approved a gigantic data center. A recall petition is also being circulated to remove the mayor and council members who were not on the ballot.

Donald Trump just stole $1.7B from us — and he's creating a slush fund to reward his political allies. I've never seen anything like this in my 50 years in politics. It makes Nixon look like a boy scout. www.cnbc.com/2026/05/18/t...

I’m sick of our media pretending like it’s normal to have a president snoozing during Oval Office meetings then raging on social media in the dead of night. It is not a storyline you gloss over. It is the story.
Desperately trying to get people to look at the shiny object. LITERALLY.
As you know I’m not a big fan of “distraction” theory. This is a really clumsy attempt at distraction.
Remember: Alito flew a US flag upside down on 1/6 and a Christian nationalist pine tree flag, and Thomas' wife paid for busses to shuttle people to 1/6 riot, but yeah, they aren't political.
This is exactly why language matters: “women were given the vote” frames equality as a gift from men, instead of hard won political power extracted through organized resistance. Nobody gave women anything. Women fought, marched, strategized, endured violence, went to prison and died for it.
China's big bets: Solar power, high-speed rail, inexpensive high-quality EVs. US big bets: Bomb Iran, protect domestic car industry, dismantle wind power, the Freedom to Drive initiative. Who do you think is making the smarter bets?
