What I received from the #DH2026 keynote today is that the humanities should resist turning from: L - P - L' (or P - L - P' in the ideal world I suppose) To: L - L' (L = Learning; P = Practice) Because if all we do is the latter, we will be screwed in the age of AI.

Two pieces from me this week you may have missed: (1) why no-one cares about Britain's university crisis. The only answer you get is 'yeah but apprenticeships' - not realising just how critical unis are to their provision. But what can one even say any more. 🤷‍♂️ www.arguably.uk/p/the-quiet-...
