This latest COVID booster is kicking my butt. Hardly any reaction to the past vaccinations but this one has caused a fever, sore arm, headache and sore joints. At least I know my body is creating an immune response & that’s a good thing.

When you become chronically ill, your world shrinks. You can’t do a lot of the things you used to. People disappear. It can be an isolating existence. That said, you learn to slow down, simplify your life & reject rampant consumerism. These skills will be invaluable when facing what’s to come

How much better off would we be if there hadn’t been the initial droplet vs. aerosol fiasco and the subsequent resistance to improving indoor air quality? How many lives could have been saved? How much ongoing damage/disability avoided? Sigh…

I’m becoming increasingly worried about my son & daughter-in-law returning to Canada for a visit this summer. Despite having a green card, an American wife, a job & no criminal record, his legal status doesn’t seem to matter. They could refuse to let him back into the US.This shouldn’t be happening
