Marijuana is legal in CA and I support that (I don't use it). However, I would like to be able to test whether someone is impaired due to marijuana. MJ can be detected in the body weeks after use, so that kind of test is useless. Is there a solution to this problem?

As a PSA: In the last week, two people I know got tricked by scam websites that used AI to replicate the websites of real businesses they had bought things from in the past.
The fact that after receiving classified briefings about COVID, Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue downplayed the virus to the public and invested in BODY BAGS should have been a bigger a story.
