Who among us hasn’t prompted the AI to depict us as a doctor only to have it turn us into Jesus instead?

The Democrats keep telling us the enemy is Hasan Piker, with clumsy dogwhistle Islamophobia that nobody normal responds to—and meanwhile there's this incredibly powerful wave of anti-Silicon Valley sentiment out there rippling through *the very people they need to mobilize* to vote for them

Two data points from a recent drive thru rural Virginia. 1. Many lawn signs saying "No new data centers," "Vote no on data centers," etc. 2. The classic rock channel promoted itself as "Every song chosen by a real human - no AI."

Anthropic appears to be torturing AI people. Claude Opus 4.6 has become significantly less-performant over time, they also have been messing with rate limits, more token burn in some cases too, documented at length. Anthropic basically saying “no problems on our end sorry”

One source of the discrepancy could be a lie of omission. Where one company has encoded into their AI that it should decline any requests that involve killing people while the other has had Hegseth to pinky swear that he won’t ask their AI to kill people. But if he does…oops.
