Me over the past month as I desperately tried to reduce the amount of stuff to move with: "I own too many books. I need to offload anything I don't expect i'll re-read. And I shouldn't buy more until I've finished everything here" Me yesterday, in a bookshop: "ooh books" I have a problem.

Yesterday was the first day in the new place and there were people playing cricket somewhere nearby. I'm not a cricket guy at all, but actually I found the sounds drifting in rather soothing background noise. Maybe I could be a cricket guy on an audio basis. TMS runs on 5 Live, right?
Only time this month when all 4 regulars are on. Plus we got Kirsty and Rachel. I mean come on!
Knowledge is knowing I still have a lot to unpack from yesterday's house move and continuing working would probably have it done in another couple of hours. Wisdom is knowing that downing tools and heading to the park to have some dinner in such a beautiful setting is the far superior choice!
To my shame, I jokingly sent this to a friend saying "any clue what my brain was thinking" and she got it immediately. I used to have such a good memory, FFS.

Some key departures this week at United. Not gonna lie, I am not ready for Millie to leave. I don't think i've ever seen her not smiling - her energy is infectious. And at away games her granddad would always come over to check on our journeys and offer up his boiled sweets.
