I worked for New York’s largest medical center at the start of the pandemic. There were morgue trucks on the streets. They set up emergency medical tents in Central Park. Healthcare worker colleagues died. It is horrific that RFK Jr is on national TV lying that ICUs were empty.
I will not be watching. And I’m certain when I hear the big, concocted, untruthful story, I will not be relieved. Lies do not equal transparency. This is the pathway you believe will allow ged intervention in elections. The playbook is getting old. Distractions. Deceit. Demagogues. #StandUpAmerica

The President’s 3:30 am post a few days ago claimed Obama and Biden couldn’t pull off the (not so great) Great American State Fair. They would’ve had the sensibility not to plan it in a week and fail miserably. This is an embarrassment to the entire country. 250th deserved better. Do better.

Factual thoughts: Scott Pelley and Henry Schuster were embedded with my Marine infantry unit in 2009—it was incredibly violent in Helmand. They told our story well. Years later, my unit suffered multiple suicides, they came back to cover that too.
