Humanity has been saved! The events of the past 48 hours will be taught, discussed, researched, and celebrated for thousands of years. It is the single greatest achievement in the history of mankind and I'm not sure what's third, because...

UNBELIEVABLE: The rescue party has found Captain Hiller and David Levinson in the desert, unharmed, having landed their spacecraft. Each are proudly strutting along the sand smoking cigars.

Is there even a single instance of a trans athlete getting an athletic scholarship in America right now? Like even if you assume trans women aren’t deserving of going to college, as Glusenkamp-Perez does here, is this something anyone has actually observed?

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com · last mo.

Gluesenkamp Perez: "At town halls, what I saw was the people who were the most upset had spent the last 12 years driving their girls to sports practice & they view their best shot of their student going to college as an athletic scholarship. So when we rush to moralize we miss some of the nuance."

What these people are actually supporting is total and complete removal of anonymity from the web, and cutting off millions of vulnerable kids lifelines and ability to get news and information abt the world, all for zero benefit and lots of harm

Majority of Americans support banning social media for kids under 16

Across major demographic and partisan groups, more Americans support than oppose banning those under 16 from using social media.

The term "biological sex" was adopted widely only in the last decade as a reaction to mainstream acceptance of trans people. It was rarely if ever used before that. By any metric, from legislative usage to search query usage, it's plainly evident this is a novel term only made popular by the right.

I think people think we're exaggerating when we say the widespread use of the term "biological sex" as a term itself isn't organic. This data isn't anomalous, it comports with everything we've seen about the specific use of the term.

It's really hard to convey just how massive the scale of legislation has been to target trans people. From a few dozen pieces of legislation in 2015 to over a thousand in 2025. It started with sports bans in 2020 and now we're here. it was never about sports.

A bar chart titled "Figure 1: Anti-LGBTQ bills introduced per year, 2015–2026." The chart displays two sets of bars for each year: "Bills Introduced" (dark red/gray) and "Bills Enacted" (yellow). The data shows a significant upward trend in introduced bills starting in 2020, peaking in 2025 at over 1,000 bills, with the 2026 data representing a partial count as of March 2026. The source is noted as LegiAlerts.org Big Compilation Anti-LGBTQ Legislation Sheet.

I just know if the Trump admin tries to force colleges to adopt a trans bathroom ban, I'm going to have a bunch of cis colleagues saying, you can just use the single stall bathroom! No, I'm not going back. I'm not accepting any "compromise" for something I've had no issue with for 10+ years.

I remember North Carolina having to back off its bathroom bill after a concerted pushback and its been wild to witness the wholesale abandonment since.

The fact that any justices ruled the president can overrule the constitution with an executive order isn't a victory. It is a damming indictment of the federal court system and yet another reason that it needs major reforms if not complete dismantling and reconstruction.

Despite Trump’s best efforts to bully them, the Supreme Court just reaffirmed that if you are born in America, you belong in America.

A Royals stadium rezoning hearing is set for Aug. 19. K.C. Mayor Quinton Lucas wants all elements of the deal — including $1.35B or so in public funds — approved by November so he can forestall a possible ballot measure allowing voters to block the plan.

Royals prepare rezoning plan for new stadium district, even as $1.35B in public money remains up in air

Kansas City Royals execs have submitted a rezoning plan for their proposed new stadium development at Crown Center, which Fox4KC, citing the team's application, describes as "a vibrant mixed-use desti...

A Trans woman in Kansas changed her license to M because of the gender marker ban passed earlier this year. She gets pulled over and they didn't believe the license was hers. They later charge her for driving with an invalid license. She complied with the law and was still charged criminally.

Aleksandra Vaca@transiticsnews.com · 2mo ago

1. She changed her ID to comply with Kansas’ new anti-trans law. Now, the state wants to put her in jail for having an inaccurate license. Kris Ripper is being charged with driving with an invalid license—a class B misdemeanor—after a cop refused to believe the ID the state forced on her was valid.

Made a Lego KH-9 Hexagon to go with the Lego space shuttle. Originally the shuttle was planned to recover these satellites to restock the film but the mission never happened after the Challenger loss and digital spy satellite being built. Really happy with it and I got the scale pretty darn close.

This FTC lawsuit against WPATH shows how anti-trans institutions rely on each other for circular validity. NHS cites Hungary and Finland to commission the Cass report. Cass gets cited by the FDA. FDA cited by the NHS for pullback jusitifications.

Neat new release from Walthers. Price is on the high end for me. $55 for the SRB flat cars and $45 for the clearance/buffer cars. A 5 car train would be $245. Found some 3d print files for these a while ago might be an idea to 3d print the clearance cars and buy some booster cars but who knows.
