Il y a quelques jours, nous avons vécu un moment symbolique avec la numérisation du premier cahier de procès-verbaux du CICR. Il commence par le compte-rendu de la séance constitutive de ce qui allait devenir le CICR, rédigé par Henry Dunant lui-même. 50 millions de pages vont être numérisées.
