Help I blacked out for a few hours and woke up to this creature in my drawing software. I've been told this is a "yunyun".
Rest assured I was paid appropriately by Xe for the Anubis mascot, but genuinely the biggest reward is seeing so many people enjoy my work. I put a lot of thought into how people might respond emotionally to the Anubis challenge page image, and I'm happy it's had such a positive impact.

As someone who used to be a TF2 mapper, seeing Anubis on the Valve developer wiki feels pretty good.
never put more than 75% effort into a single page. Save the major background for the establishing shot and imply the rest through gradients, color blurs if you have to. If a background doesn't add anything you couldn't tell the story without, you might not need one. several jobs for one person!
I think people are kinda glossing over just how groundbreaking it is that the Steam Frame is going to be Linux based. Not android based, but plain Linux based. According to the specs page it runs KDE Plasma. Absolutely insane choice if you wanted be cheap on R&D. Looking forward to it so much.
How much clout do you think one needs to have to get a Steam Frame devkit as a solo dev? Asking for a friend... That friend may be me...
