I'm thinking we should not only abandon streaming but abandon all digital mediums, and I'll go further, every thing post-printing press and we should return to an oral tradition. Christopher Nolan should be touring the country singing The Odyssey as Homer* intended. (*Or the Homeric tradition)

i was described a pretty great film about special forces soldiers sent in to some location by the cia in afghanistan where it turns out thegraveyard of empires was largely due to some ageless djinn like creature. but they couldnt remember the title. any ideas? (it sounded vaguely The Keep to me)

scanning pages I inked last week. Often happens and is happening here, that I hated the inks but scanned in they look ok - even good. So I dunno, maybe my prescription glasses are too good looking at the page or something.

radio 6 music now has a sister station (maybe its been there for ages) called 6i -for indie music -and i might just lock my radio on to it.

this- it's very weird, coming to writing late but having worked as a comic artist on hundreds (maybe thousands?) of scripts that many of them I can remember in broad generalisations, but the scripts I've written myself I can tell you to microscopic detail why a character said "no"

For writers worried that they won't be able to "prove" their work isn't Spicy Autocomplete--worry not. You thought about every choice and will be able to talk about those choices easily and clearly. Folks who used the slop machine didn't make choices and won't have anything to say about why
