Seriously artists, leave Twitter. You will NOT lose business. Your clients WILL follow you here. Most, if not all, have an account here anyways. They aren’t there because they love Twitter, they are only there because of you. Yesterday was the best day to do it. Today is the next best option.
please deprioritize twitter and use other social media
Time to sue Sony! DoesItPlay? and @stopkillinggames.bsky.social Games are announcing that we're backing SM&C's (Stichting Massaschade & Consument) lawsuit against Sony over its total control of PlayStation Store pricing. We're putting our full weight behind SM&C's case, with the Dutch court. 1/3

Gamer lion 🦁🎮 Painted in acrylics and painstakingly edited with a mouse to be transparent. I wish bsky would display it as such 😅
Murphy! What does Murphy do when he isn't helping Rayman and his friends? Well, obviously, he's gossiping with Emmanuel! I like to think of him as a bookworm, but the only book he ever reads is the manual. #Rayman #DigitalArt

"Forcing the death of physical is a really big fumble. Reacting to the loss of physical sales... after TRYING... that's a different thing, but forcing it? It's a big fumble, there's no other way to look at it." Save Sony from themselves. Save Physical Games: www.change.org/p/don-t-kill...
What was the first video game you owned?
Another aspect we rarely see discussed: For there to be a 2nd hand market, somebody has to buy the game in the first place. What if those who do it BECAUSE they can resell buy fewer games? Fewer games are sold overall/people wait for sales = less revenue for everyone.
Sega Dreamcast can produce mind-boggling effects... (Actual Dreamcast capture ꩜) #dreamcast #gamedev #indiedev
I hate that game designers feel pressured to make their games “realistic” or “accurate” to some notion that a loud annoying subsection of gamers will whine and complain if they don’t. Realism is a creative dead end.
I bought a jewel for my GameCube off Etsy so it includes a window for the discs like the prototype models originally did.
