Artist, writer, composer, gamedev - Currently working on my thirteenth book... and more! (he/him, late 20s) Check out my comic @Heart_of_Mana ! https://heartofmana.carrd.co/ https://www.chaoscomposer.com

I have spent over a year drawing #pokemon in order of their speed tier and have finally drawn all 1340 of them just in time for the World Champions! It was a lot of work and really happy to have actually done such a big project~

When I started Heart of Mana, I had plot points written out for years. I know the final scenes, important dialogue for characters only briefly seen in flashbacks, unmentioned by name- and the overall themes I wanted to convey. One thing I could not plan is the real world (vague minor spoilers)

2026 Stream Preview, Games I have never played I want to beat all of these on stream in 2026, we are going to be historians Am like 95% blind on most of these so should be fun. No nostalgia at all so let's find out which ones are actually good (order may vary)

outfit sketch everyone gets a wardrobe change to keep things fresh basically every major city, I need to make them better (not a confirmed outfit spoiler or anything, just doodling. giving Mae jewelry that are actually mana crystals emitting light to help her see is nice)

Won't say no to an excuse to jump on an OCT reminiscence train Guess I'm washed now but was certainly a fun time, led to meeting lots of awesome artists! Also a great way to practice comic storytelling Those days are probably over for me with my other comics, but are still a backbone of sorts

Didn't add my ref sheets but my history with OCTs was pretty dang fun. It's been nearly a decade since I've done this stuff god

Thumbnailed 35 pages of comic work today, very excited Over the next several chapters we get to understand some fundamental truths about the world and also get to show why I think Dust is the best villain I've ever written as she relates to the main trio of Emelia, Ray, and Mae

Enough people said they wanted to see the final slide deck, so I took the time to put it on my non-teacher github so I could share it. I didn't end up getting in trouble. I ended up being encouraged by a colleague to share it with my dept chair, and he liked it authorblues.github.io/lecture-slid...

I'm *definitely* going to get in trouble with my department/university for my "AI Policy" slide deck I put together. I doubled its length tonight adding papers, articles, and other references enumerating reasons why I won't allow for generative AI and why students shouldn't be using it.
