Help us cause some good trouble by doing a virtual Facebook “check-in” at Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport today. The more people who check in, the harder it is for surveillance tools to track who’s actually there. It’s a simple but powerful way to show up and support from a distance.

I want the next Democratic President to hold a press conference at least three times per week. I want them to be surrounded by their Congressional counterparts. I wish to see them on every social media site ,and calling in to media outlets , podcasts and local radio stations. Be aggressive .

This is so poorly drafted I have to imagine it got basically no review by real lawyers. I’m not aware of any state or local IDs that that would fall within categories (B) or (D).

These are the *only* docs it would allow. For most Americans, the only document they would be able to show to register would be a passport. It would not even allow birth certificates. Only half of American citizens have a passport.

(A) a United States passport; (B) an identification document compliant with the requirements of the REAL ID Act of 2005 (Public Law 109-13, Div. B) that indicates the applicant is a citizen of the United States; (C) an official military identification card that indicates the applicant is a citizen of the United States; or (D) a valid Federal or State government-issued photo identification if such identification indicates that the applicant is a United States citizen or if such identification is otherwise accompanied by proof of United States citizenship.
