This is an outrageous failure from Andy Burnham and this Labour Government. He says they "don't know the remedy." It's obvious to almost anyone. Nationalise water companies. Tax fossil fuel companies. Invest in renewables. Labour selling us down the river to please their donors as country burns.

Burning fossil fuels makes wildfires more frequent and more intense. Of course those who have made record profits causing the problem should pick up the bill.

I fear I'm too arsey to be in @greenparty.org.uk They're all very smiley people, wearing t-shirts, with messages like: "I'm A Green Teapot". [OK, made that bit up!] If I had a t-shirt with a message, (I don't), it would be: "Fuck The Fascists" I suspect that might offend the nice greenies.

Jobs is one way of looking at it. I'd go for a more urgent message... Burnham! Open your fucking eyes! Our planet is fucking burning; people are fucking dying; nature is being decimated. Fucking do something!
