Incredible new resource: Mapping database of all of the Holocaust monuments and memorials in the Czech Republic. One of the principle investigators told me that the list I compiled in my diss from 40 years of Jewish newsletters proved extremely helpful. No attribution. zachovanipameti.udu.cas.cz/en

My interns and I are putting together an exhibit about propaganda in the contexts of Nazism, WWII, and the Nazi genocides, including the Holocaust. If you or someone you know have relevant artifacts looking for a good home or would be interested in lending pieces, please hit me up.

What a workshop! Musicologist and recitalist Tamara Freeman played music composed in the ghettos and camps of Nazi Europe and shared paintings to an intimate audience of genocide students and children of Holocaust survivors. We processed emotions and memory through art in meaningful partnership.

What an important evening. Thank you so much for sharing your time and wisdom, Andrea!

Had a moving evening at Ramapo College’s @chgs-ramapo.bsky.social tonight, talking about the Holocaust and how the US is repeating concentration camp history with immigration policy right now, as well as the decades this moment has been in the making, Gaza, Myanmar, Xinjiang, Assam, and more.
