If AI in filmmaking is bad (and it is), then it should be bad regardless of whether the person using it is Joe Russo, Disney, Martin Scorsese, an independent filmmaker, or anyone else. Consistency matters.

I'm at the point where every time someone criticizes a work of fiction by using the word "problematic", I just roll my eyes and no longer take them seriously. That word never once entered the vernacular in any of my film studies classes.

I think we need to celebrate the death of Sora a bit more. This is a technology that, just MONTHS AGO, we were being told was going to literally destroy Hollywood and Disney was going to give them a BILLION DOLLARS and NONE OF THAT EVEN REMOTELY HAPPENED
