An analysis by Reuters found a watermark in the map image that suggests it was made with OpenAI.

Jeff "Monoman" Connolly of Boston's legendary garage rock band the Lyres has died. Around here the Lyres are spoken of in hushed tones to this day--a wildly influential band. They played often at the Rat right near a record store called, you guessed it, Nuggets. RIP.

Just putting it there: the last week has shown how Bluesky has grown into the most reliable, noise-, bot- and BS-free resource for anyone interested in football governance and politics. The coverage of Fifa's and Infantino's debacle has been fantastic. Size isn't everything.
Revisiting this classic today, I was struck again by a thought I had also previously entertained, yet put aside: That being how South-African sounding (for lack of a more technical term) the horns on "Glad Tidings" sounded. I've no idea if there was an influence.
