Ambassadors held 68 events w/ 3000+ convos in 2025. That's a lot of conversations!
VZ ambassadors have sometimes been involved in traffic crashes, or lost family to traffic violence. Helps build trust in their outreach in communities.
Ambassadors do 8 events, flexible to what they want to do, reaching 10-15 people per event. "Ambassadors are in spaces we are not."
Applications jumped from 147 to 296 from 2025 to 2026, "we're hoping that's not a sign of a recession coming.."
Recruit widely AND include a targeted applicant selection criteria related to High Injury Network and upcoming project areas
