Upon further reflection I don’t think they should give City’s titles to others. For example Stoke and 2011 FA Cup. United, who city beat in the semi and were champions, would’ve been absolute favorites to have done the double that year. Weird to just give it to Stoke by default.

I forgot about the lawsuit part. Every individual club that missed out on titles, European money, relegation, revenue from winning, etc etc can bring a case against City.
