SHALL NOT be deployed for any of the following: • Verbal defiance or belligerence • Punishment • Torture • Horse play" ICE puts pistols in people's faces for verbal defiance.
Kind of interesting that this guy from Harvard is the person responsible for their medical research. While cardiology is certainly relevant, the harms certainly go beyond that and he has not been published in any research involving law enforcement: connects.catalyst.harvard.edu/Profiles/dis...
