as noted yesterday, Trump has now come around to treating an Iranian toll system covering the Strait of Hormuz as a given. Hard to overstate the level of strategic failure. US started the war purely as a war of choice and ends up dramatically empowering Iran and given the Iranian govt big wins.

the entire Republican Party has lost its way. morally and ethically, they’ve shit the bed, and now they’re rolling around in the mess. there is no bottom to their depraved barrel. they’re totally fine with needy families being thrown off public assistance. they’re totes cool with masked and armed federal thugs roaming the streets of our cities, murdering anyone who looks at them funny. they have no problem with immigrants being disappeared into slave-labor gulags, or with Venezuelan fisherman and Iranian schoolgirls being bombed to kingdom come. Republicans are down with all of that shit, so should we really be surprised that they can’t be bothered to care about domestic abuse? each and every one of them, they all fucking suck.

Ultimately, the goal is to punish trans people and to exclude us from (public) life. It's working, I fear. In the UK and beyond, I sense, too many cis people are still clueless as to how these bigoted laws will really impact people — and already are.

Apparently, it is the state of Florida's desire to kill off their citizens. What else would the motive be? Leprosy, Dengue Fever, Malaria, Chikungunya, Encephalitis, West Nile Virus, and of course, Cyclosporiasis, are all making a comeback into parts of the South, including Florida.
