It's been years since we had a Lumpen launch party, last one was issue 12 in 2023 to be precise. This time, we're going North before London. Expect editor, local authors and friends to read some extracts from Lumpen 18 and other texts from queer authors published in previous issues.

While preparing to edit the upcoming Lumpen 18 on queerness and class, I've been thinking about working class queer depictions in film and tv. Can you think of any other media on working class queer life? Bonus points if it's not US based or not focused on a romantic relationship.. 🩵🤍🩷
