Right on to work on some Celestials! Followed by redoing the Ladder comic book title - I finally have an idea I'm happy with!!!🎉 So Celestials should be out to backers by end of February, and the Ladder comic KS starts on my birthday - 21st March!

Making some food bits for neighbours (and ourselves) - Oreo cookie hot chocolate, pigs in blankets/devils on horseback, buttered sprouts + cabbage + bacon pots, rum strawberry cheesecake, rumtopf christmas cake, and cranberry and nut christmas puddings. And some soups. Community first!
As some of you know, I have been very poorly lately, with awful luck to boot. I'm now back, close to finishing TWO projects, and have both my comic and a horror ttrpg project in the works. And no, this one isn't Number Station or Gnomes - I may have news on those in the New Year for you though!

Okay, as I have now managed to unlocked the busted washing machine and scooped out the worst of the water, I am treating myself to a MH day. Basically, I'm fucking off to the library with my tablet and ignoring everything while I work from there.
So, one last kitten needs a forever home, and then that's basically it - the mega-colony of ferals will be sorted. One other job remains, however, and that is getting enough funds together to help Cheese-it. He has a partially paralysed face, deformed eyelid and malformed sinuses. Poor baby.
One of my favourite writing gigs is on kid's science shows. You get an email in the morning saying something like "will you learn everything you can about frogs today?" and I say "yes, I will absolutely learn everything I can about frogs today", & then I get to write some fun material about frogs.
Awww, when you wish you had money and it didn't have to go on stupid washing machines, cat surgery, and taking time off for your own recovery...

As bad as today has started, what with my washing machine flooding my kitchen at the most expensive time of year, there IS some good news! Today, Squish goes to her forever home! She was a feral #kitten but now is the most loving (and weird) little fur-potato.
