Might have invented a vallid T&T take on D&D combat Trying it out for the speed it lends to PbP Sides roll exploding dmg dice+mods. Losing side takes dmg equal to the difference, divided as per battle state, but winners take 1 unsoakable dmg for each 1 rolled by losers. AC-10 equals soak.
