Please stop telling musicians to "write great songs". No song is created "great"; one only becomes so through the confluence of time, conditions, + the minds of the people that hear it. We as writers + performers are < 1/3 of the equation; + we're doing our best. The catalyst is always you.

Long shot: Do I know anyone on here who's good with audio design / audio editing? I would like to hire someone for a tiny project -- a one-minute loop of spooky ambient sounds, like using stock audio -- but it's gotta happen today, as the deadline is tonight. I had someone but they totally flaked.

A long shot: There's an Arik Einstein song called "מכופף הבננות" (pronounced mekofef habananot) about a little dude who bends bananas. Is there a transliteration of the lyrics anywhere? I've searched and I can find the Hebrew lyrics or the English translation, but not transliteration.

Do NOT update to iOS27 it has effectively ruined my iPad Pro, I can barely type on it, keeps freezing, shift key won’t work, empty windows half open and block out the screen, it’s an absolute shitshow.
