Day 125 of posting a random card from Innistrad until I don't anymore. Civilized Scholar // Homicidal Brute! It lets you loot and then gives you a large body of you discard a creature! And recently I've seen it used to great effect in a @clovermtg.bsky.social decklist as the lucky clover!
Morgan, Innistrad Travel Guide@bluphosphorus.bsky.social · 2mo agoDay 124 of posting a random card from Innistrad until I don't anymore. Gruesome Deformity! Its a one drop black enchantment that gives some pretty okay evasion. It'd have worked a lot better in standard if the block beforehand hadn't been scars of mirrodin though. Artifact creatures a plenty there.
Today's @clovermtg.bsky.social brew is brought to you by MSH with this weirdo Speedball. Dude basically has super ward as you can target him, with any spell, but all it does it makes him buff and allow you to choose new targets for it. I dig that weirdness. moxfield.com/decks/edwtOc...

Day 121 of posting a random card from Innistrad until I don't anymore. Boneyard Wurm! It gets bigger the more of your creatures die! And it can be in a @clovermtg.bsky.social deck too! Not as your clover but still in the 59!
Morgan, Innistrad Travel Guide@bluphosphorus.bsky.social · 3mo agoDay 120 of posting a random card from Innistrad until I dont anymore. Angelic Overseer! Its a great piece to drop on turn 5 with the boros human archetype that was pretty popular then. Big body with flying, hexproof, and indestructible. Yeah big beefy angel.
Had our first @clovermtg.bsky.social #MtG Meet Up tonight in Vegas and it was a blast! We loved seeing everyone’s decks and the creativity it takes to build out a Commander with only uncommons!
