Sam’s work on Marvel Comics Presents was always a favorite of mine, and was my first introduction to comics as something more trippy and dreamlike. He was a great artist, and he will be missed.

Have been rewatching Parks and Rec, and when I saw that the final season jumps 3 years into the future to 2017, all I could think was “good God…they have no idea what’s coming.”
Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com · 5mo agoIf you’re roughly my age, it’s wild to reflect on the optimism for the future Americans felt when Obama was elected — young Americans spontaneously took to the streets to celebrate! — and contrast with what we face today. The falloff over the past 18 years is hard to process.
