If you're a maintainer, I highly recommend you watch Brendan's @localfirstconf.com talk. He goes over the story and lessons learned to get @iroh.computer from idea to 1.0. It's a testament to why finding and maintaining proper scope is fundamental to the success of open source projects.

It's even easier than beginners and even more powerful for pro users - and just way more polished in every way. @hmans.dev @chatto.run Finished the first chatto call with my brothers. Experience: nice! Also: they still needed to sign up and this was done in under 2 minutes quickly before gaming. Reeeally nice! Medium Problem: Screensharing has no button to make it full screen.

Notifications, DMGs, support for bundled CEF (Electron style) and native WebView (Tauri style), Auto-updater, multi-window support, and on and on. @deno.land cooked so hard with this one.
