like, this sentiment is equally as bad as white nationalism. everyone sees that right? it’s just less popular rn
Humans are the most destructive and stupid thing to ever evolve. Any natural wonder, we’ll fuck it up. Any technology that has great potential for our better we figure how to kill each other with it. We deserve to extinct ourselves.

im glad it’s happening i kind of cant intellectually hold the rise of actual leftist candidates in my brain right now it’s like one too many things. like overstimulating or something
way closer than expected, but an Arab leftist besting 70 million in outside spending is an Arab leftist besting 70 million in outside spending: a political earthquake and a new dawn 25 years after 9/11
some days i can’t tell if im a contrarian or everyone else is being willfully kinda stupid
i see how it can be, but, capitalism *does* make most things it offers worse if it can get away with it. basically a law of nature.
So this is basically one of the entry points to becoming a reactionary

in my 20s i compulsively arranged usher’s “love in this club” to play on the original gameboy using LSDJ and holy shit i dont know how i had the focus

On social media, a broad consensus is that you can’t admit to struggle — at least not while you’re struggling. Doing so represents a failure so profound it’s almost existential. How did it become mandatory to demonstrate perpetual growth and progress online?
i was just watching this *cackling* no fucking… way. no Fucking way. NO FUCKING WAY
Oh my god I think I found the video.

Welcome to the CAMBRIAN FECAL REVOLUTION. We didn't name it the Cambrian fecal explosion for obvious reasons. I'm happy to share this paper on fecal matter and its role in Cambrian ecosystems. So if you want to read a really shitty paper (50 days free access): authors.elsevier.com/a/1nYg8cZ3X7...

good correction here, it’s the hardware that did the TLI burn. you can have a reasonable debate about whether it’s better for it to impact the moon or hit our atmosphere. but if you send stuff to the moon one or the other has to to happen
but the upper stage in question is not in orbit around the moon, it's in a large, eccentric orbit around the earth. nothing in SpaceX's public-facing statements indicates that this collision was intentional or planned, they just put in a junk orbit www.projectpluto.com/25010d.htm
doing a search of "spacex moon" gives an interesting cross section of "I'm angry about this because it involves Musk and for no other reason" and "I don't understand fucking anything about space"
