This is just such bad politics. Democrats don't flip Rs to Ds when they run right-ward. They only depress their own voter turnout. Because Republicans don't want Diet-Republicans. They want Republicans. And Democrats don't want Diet-Republicans. They want Democrats.

The Democratic Establishment is literally telling their base to go fuck themselves with this move. After a poll came out that showed major battleground states overwhelmingly supporting sanctions against Israel, Democrats elevate one of Israel's most loyal stooges to head their Foreign affairs.
Tariffs were supposed to lower prices of groceries (anyone with two brain cells to rub together knew that was bullshit.) Tariffs got repealed. Grocery prices haven't come back down. The companies that gouged you are getting refunds.
At the end of the day, if you still support capitalism and imperialism, you are a right-winger. Liberals are just right-wingers that don't want to admit that they're right-wingers. They wear rose colored lenses to hide the blood of children that covers the treats they get in the imperial core.
At this point, I think it's safe to assume that EVERY SINGLE Republican politician is a child predator. Every single one.
The winning pillars for a 2028 election run is as follows Top Three -Cut ties with Israel -Abolish Ice (and prosecute) -Medicare for All Even better -Prosecute the Trump Admin -End Flock -Moratorium on AI Data Centers You ain't about that, I'm not voting for you. End of story.
Woke 1 wasn't crazy. It was co-opted. Centrists stole a movement founded on combatting systemic injustice that disproportionately and lethally targets Blacks and POCs and then they applied it's language to interpersonal moral one-upsmanship and cynical virtue signal circle jerks.
The US military suckers people in by promising things like -Education -Housing -Healthcare ...things that would be guaranteed to those people under socialism without them having to sacrifice life and limb for the Epstein class.
The only things the ruling class is moved by is wealth and violence. And we don't have wealth, so....

Liberals are trying to co-opt 'Slopulist' now. Slopulist refers to those who pay lip-service to progressive and populist policy to get elected, but then turncoat as soon as they are in office. Which is the vast majority of candidates that moderates advocate for.
