Why are news outlets reporting climate related issues like it’s a surprise? Perhaps if they hadn’t reported negatively on everything that might’ve helped out with climate change then we wouldn’t be here. I don’t think they grasp that this is the beginning, so yeah, be worried, don’t be surprised.
I live not far from Clarkson’s farm and always hear “he’s really raising awareness for farmers” 1) Countryfile’s been doing that for 38yrs… anyone giving that credit? 2) Clarky’s being paid more to dick about with his tax dodge land than the rest of the farmers in Oxfordshire put together.

I think the climate change conversation needs to change. It just isn’t conveying that it’s not the mild sounding 1.5-2’c warming, it’s the regular, extreme climatic events and how fragile civilisation will be shown to be when a few mount up 😔 #climate #climatechange #nature #extremeweather #actnow
