The Arch will be built on a 20-hour-a-day schedule for the next two to three years in the center of Memorial Circle, directly blocking the historic sightline between the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery.

9/ @blumenthal.senate.gov has asked the Postmaster General for detailed info about the plan. He says the USPS rule puts all mail voters at risk and accuses the administration of being "hellbent on changing the framework of casting ballots in this country, clearly for political reasons."
