Damn I don't like spoilers but to avoid them I would need to mute the names of like 50 actors and that many characters as well

Heard this somewhere after many years, and it popped into my head last night, used it for the "musical duel for someone's soul " scene I was running in a game. youtu.be/kkbmiobEBsE

I like that Netflix Lupin follows the Hitman Agent 47 logic for disguises: A man who is incredibly obviously the same man in each disguise, but the characters in the world are completely bamboozled. (Also kid + ex is such a tired setup, but I like that they're genuinely kind to each other)
Okay, I KNEW this was going to be good, but it's devour-it-in-a-single-day good. Pre-order Tell the Ghosts I'm Gone TODAY, I'm telling you. Umbrella Academy meets Ghost Busters. #BookSky #BookTok #BookNote #Netgalley #Bookstagram
Also buckle up I'm going to be calling WAY more stuff very pretty tricksy from now on, because the alternative would be admitting I made a typo/editing error, which is obviously impossible.
Thinking recently that the "name one example" rhetorical gambit can be very pretty tricksy. If someone can't name one, you win. If they name one, you shout "Haha only one!?" And if they name a couple, you can say "See? Wow, only a couple of examples, huh?" And shrug and nod faux-sympathetically.

If you had to give a one hour discussion about any top c related to ttrpgs with no warning what would your topic be and what points would you bring up? #TTRPGQuestion #ttrpg
How stories that come from player choices are far more interesting to me than what I have planned, and how active listening and taking tea breaks to re-orient play their parts in that GM style. Also covers points such as "If a situation is resolved by an NPC's actions, why are the players here?"

Elizabeth Debicki is a time traveler who posed for Robert McGinnis before her official birth date
Wow I never really thought about the similarities between these four things before, but it's so obvious now
No I'm not in a bad mood, yes my last several posts are foul-tempered, what the hell is your goddamn point you're not my real mom
First episode of a show ending with a "this season on..." Montage Hey you don't have to make airplane noises as you bring the spoon towards my mouth, show.
Ads placed in the UI to cause you to accidentally open them, when the UI shifts and now the ad is where you were going to put your cursor/thumb. How does the return on that work? I close them before I even know what they're for, sometimes loudly cursing while I do it. I would guess everybody does?
I posted this during the graveyard shift but it contains extremely important information
This is a reply to someone praising Mare Of Easttown. How many times have you said "I like blue" And a stranger immediately replied "Yellow is better!" "Just because you think it's great doesn't mean I can't think something else is better." It's like poetry! This guy summed up the internet.

A new phrase just popped into my head for days when I feel like I can't face debates and disagreements and thus avoid certain or all interactions: "I don't have the durability today." Not energy, or spoons (a brilliant concept), but just durability.
I wish I could wipe the part of my brain that remembers every time someone has called something I enjoy stupid. It's sometimes a friend, they don't mean any harm, people usually say it with a laugh. (I'm guilty of this too, especially about stuff I've been conditioned to be embarrassed for liking)
I did also just tap out of a Korean romantic comedy because the male lead was a horrible businessdouche. I feel like I spend so much time thinking "am I supposed to hate him this much?" when watching romantic films (a genre I do genuinely care for)
Watching a movie (Toscana) about a Danish chef who goes to Italy and of course he can't be remotely human, he has to be the most insufferable stuck up prick, or else where's the arc? Why are so many romantic comedies about horrible men?
