Looking at silicon men's rings. The reason being I was told by one of the members of my HEMA club who is a trauma surgeon that wearing my metal ring when I fence is a really stupid idea. However none of the websites I've visited do rings that go up to my size. I know I'm a big guy but seriously!

Fellow GM's what changes do you make to the names of minor objects to better fit the themes of your worlds? For example in Fey Earth there are no healing potions, there are healing tinctures. Do you have anything like that in your stories?
