Still offering 31 flavors of nerd, all day every day. Giant robots and TRPGs a specialty.

Not going to do a rundown of all my TFN purchases but the coolest one was definitely this custom Space Marine Seaspray I picked up from @toyfu332.bsky.social They didn't know who had donated it or made it, so if it was you, please let me know! I'd love to know his story!

G1 Seaspray repainted and customised to look like a Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine

An AI shill regurgitating an idea already by several others like them is just absurdly on-point. But no, I despise AI, I despise the companies that push it, I despise what it does to our planet and our collective intelligence, and I despise the fact that it robs artists of their work. Fuck AI.

This. I don't think anyone is really anti-AI. They're anti-the-companies-pushing-AI. LLMs have some really incredible use cases. They can be assistive technologies, help with mental load, and allow you to focus more on the present than an endless stream of tasks or your phone.

Where do I even begin with this post. This weekend's #TFN was legendary, for all sorts of reasons. First off, Vince DiCola was absolutely awesome, and hearing Dare being performed live alongside other tracks from the soundtrack was beyond everything I could have hoped for

HELP NEEDED! REPOSTS APPRECIATED Did you buy the Elite Guard Animated Optimus Prime from ToyFu at TFNation? If so I think you have the axe from my black version, as I have the Elite Gaurd axe. If you happen to see this then we can arrange an exchange.

Today I learned that baby cranes are called "colts" because their legs are so long and they can run around like idiots shortly after hatching. This is delightful, I enjoy knowing this.

photo of two sandhill crane colts that are about 50% leg and 50% neck and head and taking some big steppies.
