I highly recommend the work of Derek Gregory on drones and the ways in which they moved from operating in extraterritorial zones to urban environments, made borders elastic, and changed targeting from static places to mobile bodies.

The experience of being chased by a murderous kamikaze drone, a flying machine that behaves as if it were alive, is not one that humans are equipped to understand: www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2026/0...

Remember that a human has many intelligences, relational, somatic, emotional, energetic, intuitive, and linguistic. And even amongst the linguistic flavor there are so many ways to use words, including to capture the fruits of the other intelligences.

Generative AI psychosis and delusion is a real thing, as is the degradation of analytical skills. This increasingly makes conversations difficult with those who have "converted" to using it. Along with the clickbait-ification of everything and the adoption of predatory logarithms. Stay vigilant.

Business as usual is ecocide. It is the corporations, banks, billionaires, and politicians who are the terrorists. People who believe themselves to be so “smart” they don’t have to operate within planetary boundaries or biophysical constraints.. Idiot sociopaths, every single one of them.

Short version: it means our corporate banker PM is putting politics and profit over people and planet. Any politician open to building yet another oil pipeline (on taxpayers dime no less) is not to be taken seriously, and must be ridiculed openly for being complicit in burning our future.

“Despite the fantasies of some wealthy survivalists, who hope to ride out the apocalypse in well-stocked bunkers, worldwide ecological degradation makes it clear that human and nonhuman destinies are inextricably tied to each other in a biosphere that encompasses us all.” 🌏 - Low tide today ⬇️

The ideological and historical agenda that has motivated the settlement of so-called North American and Palestine is that of Manifest Destiny — which has its equivalent in the idea of the Chosen People, as interpreted in Zionism. Same vibe, same ongoing attempt at the eradication of other peoples.

Understanding the shared ideology behind settler colonialism in Native America and Palestine

Both the United States and Israel were founded and exist on land taken during ongoing genocides. Settler colonialism drives these genocides, and both nations share an ideology that justifies the theft...
