Tonight, I’m re-watching Hair. All the Gen Z who hate the boomers have no idea if they haven’t seen this side of it what an actual tragedy the boomer generation turned out to be. Such promise! So wasted! 
If the argument is land is too valuable to be kept in public hands, may I gently point towards City Hall downtown? I like the Forum, but I don’t have a strong feeling about it. But this argument feels disingenuous. 
My intentions to properly celebrate the equinox were stifled the last two nights (for the best reasons, delightful visitors/new friends). Tonight I work late but hope to spend some time in the yard, checking in with our apple tree, enjoying the leaves.

Unpopular opinion: while it is very funny that the US government felt it necessary to ensure that people with a bestiality charge could serve the FBI, if you’re conflating this with Kash Patel having sex with animals, you’re kind of using MAGA tactics. Funny, but ugly.

When you spread the rumour that those four Americans are at a conference at St. Mary’s, you are making the students at SMU less safe and costing staff time to quash the rumour during the busy back to school time. Please only share information you know to be true.
If anyone’s still out there saying that those four Americans in the sweaters were coming to a conference at Saint Mary’s, that is not the case.

This is the way. If we want to build resource/infrastructure projects in Canada that impact Indigenous territory, then it follows that those projects must only go forward under conditions of Indigenous partnership and investiture. Indigenous sovereignty isn't an obstacle to growth, it's the path.

I see two big American chains, Jersey Mike’s and Planet Fitness are coming to Halifax. And no doubt people who don’t want to lose their jobs because of American tariffs will still be lining up for these places.
